- International visitors renting a car from participating car rental services at Matsuyama Airport in Ehime Prefecture (return location does not matter).
- Must complete the survey (one entry per person).

How to get and use your gas voucher
1. Complete the survey above and save a screenshot of the final page as proof of submission.
2. Show the screenshot when picking up your car.
3. The rental company will give you a ¥2,000 gas voucher.
4. Present the voucher to a gas station employee when refueling*.
*Please check with the gas station staff to ensure they accept the voucher.
